Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this Riesling bursts with a fresh, fruit cocktail of peach, apricot, nectarine and apples. While it starts off sweet, it finishes dry with crisp acidity.
Festival Chardonnay – Paumanok – Long Island, NY – 90 Points*
Festival Chardonnay is a blend of several lots of Chardonnay. It was fermented entirely in stainless steel tanks. It is light, dry, crisp and clean with refreshing aromas and flavors of apple, lemon, pineapple and stones. This is a great every day white.

Sauvignon Blanc 2014 – Paumanok – Long Island, NY – 90 Points*
This Sauvignon Blanc is fresh and vibrant with aromas of lemon, followed by more subtle mineral and herbaceous notes. Medium-bodied with citrus flavors, crisp acidity and a pleasant, dry finish.
Rosé – Dry – Paumanok – Long Island, NY – 91 Points*
A blend of Cabernet Franc is a classic style rosé. Styled like the dry, mineral driven with a hint of fruit like in Provence. The clean flavors of this wine highlight the best Long Island fruit has to offer.

Cab Franc 2012 – Paumanok – Long Island, NY
Aromas of bramble fruit, herbs, flowers and spice. Medium-bodied with firm tannins, red fruit and cherry flavors. 90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot.
Merlot– Paumanok – Long Island, NY
Light to medium-bodied with fresh, ripe flavors of cherry, plum and spice. A great everyday red.
Pinot Noir – Caneros, California
This wine is a full bodied new world pinot noir, which has an abundance of ripe cherry fruit on the nose mixed with lush baking spices. It has a beautiful ruby color to it. On the palate you find bright bing cherry alongside warm juicy strawberry flavors with cinnamon, allspice and a touch of rose petal. The wine is fruit first with hints of oak on a generously long finish.
The Rock Cab Sauv – Made Exclusively for The Rock NYC – Red Hook, Brooklyn
Sourced from the Jamesport vineyard Long Island. Its 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and %15 Merlot and is made by Robert Foley from California in the Red Hook Winery. This blend was devised by sommelier Paulo Villela and simultaneously highlights Long Island earth and California fruit. A Cab Sauv’s purist showing the best.

'Treviso' Prosecco, NV - $30 Made from the Glera grape, formerly known as the prosecco grape, this is the classic sparkling wine made in huge Charmat method (second fermentation is tank fermented not bottle fermented) known for a crisp flavor profile highlighted by dry citrus and racy acidity. Deutz, Champagne Brut Classic, 375ml: $44 From the prestigious house of Deutz with a production made mostly out of Grand cru vineyard sights. Deutz maintains the highest standards as well as the most traditional standards in Champagne. With a focus more on quality and tradition that touting a given vineyard, a la burgundy, Deutz produce some of the finest sparklers around. Sergio Mottura, Poggio della Costa Grechetto Civitella d'Agliano IGT, 2011 - $34 Grechetto is one of the more forgotten varieties in Italy but the biodynamically grown Grechetto by Sergio Mottura is quickly becoming one of the most renowned white wines in Italy. With a nutty notes and medium body this wines is a perfect alternative to crisp Italian wines for people that are looking for something a little more interesting. Tenuta Montanello, Barbera d'Alba DOC, 2012 - $36 As one of the original members of the cooperative of Barolo, the house that first made the modern Barolo, Tenuta Montanello makes some of the most traditional wines in Piedmont. Their Barbera reminds drinkers of the nobility of the grape and how it is a majestic balance of acidity, tannin and body. Az. Agr. Raineri, Dolcetto Dogliani D.O.P 2012 - $36 Coming from the vineyard manager and cellar hand of Domenico Clerico this winery already has sufficient pedigree but this Dolcetto, hailing from Dogliani the best town for Dolcetto production, delivers a serious bang for its buck. With naturally high acidity balanced with nice fruit and tannin this wine is versatile enough to pair with most plates and palates. Domaine Brusset, Ventoux les Boudalles Rouge, 2013 - $34 This Grenache based blend features a fruity yet structured style of Rhone valley red. It's done in a Beaujolais styled (carbonic Maceration) which highlights the lighter flavor of the wines while also accenting the deeper dryer aspects. Domaine Gayda, 'Flying Solo' White Wine,2012 - $36 This organic estate highlights the best the Languedoc has to offer. Crisp yet fuller wines that feature characteristics all tend to enjoy. This blend of Viognier and Grenache Blanc are the perfect summer wine while also being able to pair with a diversity of dishes. Les Roches, 'Picpoul de Pinet' White Wine, 2012 - $36 Picpoul is a classic, acidic, crisp white wine targeted more toward seafood but is also a standalone delicious wine. Fearless Rider, Malbec, 2011 - $36 Made by American winemaker Rob Lawson this wine is an atypical Malbec in that it is lighter and a little more like its French origins than the modern Argentine style. Not as extracted or ripe as most but still fruity and delicious this is a more versatile style Malbec than most. Plowbuster Pinot Noir, 2011 - $40 Made by Mike Hallock from Carabella Vineyards this "second label" is a classic, tasty expression of a nuanced Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Esca ‘Stackhouse’ Napa Valley’ Cabernet Sauvignon, 2010 - $42 Sourced from some of the best AVAs in Napa this wine made by Anna and Mario Monticelli, this rich, full bodied, smooth drinking cab delivers an iconic Napa experience quality.
